Situated within Distillery Road Market’s (DRM) casual outdoor dining and entertainment precinct, Posadas joins neighbouring Sugar Creek Smokehouse in providing fresh and flavoursome eats to the local community. Offering authentic Mexican cuisine with a focus on championing some of the region’s best produce, Posadas brings people together to share awesome food in the great outdoors. At Posadas, we go all out to provide great fare served fast, without compromising on quality.

With access to a container bar serving all your favourite alcoholic classics and seasonal specials, Posadas is the perfect place to bring friends and family to enjoy DRM’s dining and entertainment experience. Posadas is the newest passion project from Kenton Campbell, Founder of Zarraffa’s Coffee, Kiwanda Café and Sugar Creek Smokehouse, layering a new regional taste to the kitchen/ café fare of Kiwanda Café and the Texan-inspired smoked meats of Sugar Creek Smokehouse.

Kenton is known for pouring his heart and soul into creating food and beverage experiences that make people happy and Posadas is an extension of what is already on offer. Ideally located for Brisbanites, Gold Coasters and surrounding locals in the South East, Posadas adds another taste of what’s to come for Distillery Road Market. With a focus on providing authentic Mexican street food, Posadas has been purpose-built within a food truck; serving up the style of street eats that DRM will build its name on.

Posadas is named after José Guadalupe Posada, a 19th century Mexican artist well known for his calavera depictions, which have notably become one of the most recognisable cultural and artistic elements of Mexico. Paying homage to our Mexican influences in our design, flavours and offerings, we welcome you to join us at Posadas to experience the big, bold flavours of Mexico and experience authentic street food right here in your own backyard.
